Peter-Lukas Graf (born 5 January 1929) is a Swiss flautist born in Zürich, Switzerland. He was a pupil of André Jaunet, and later attended the Paris Conservatoire, where he won first prize with Marcel Moyse and Roger Cortot.

Along with winning the first prize at the Munich Competition, he was appointed the youngest ever principal flutist at the Winterthur and the Lucerne Festival Orchestra. After a decade of mainly conducting operas and symphonic concerts, he has been a professor in Basle.
